Diane's career began in customer service and sales, first at McDonald's and later with Indiana Bell/AT&T, where she developed the strong service philosophy that continues to guide her today.
In 1986, she launched one of the nation's first cruise-only travel agencies, Cruises and More, serving thousands of travelers over a successful seventeen-year period before relocating to Florida. After working at the Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort in Naples,
Diane discovered the emerging Home Watch industry. She gained hands-on experience with a local Home Watch company, helped develop the Property Services, Home Watch, and Concierge Division of a real estate office, and in 2006 co-founded Second To None Services Home Watch.
This entrepreneurial journey ultimately led to the creation of the Home Watch Academy, where Diane continues to educate and mentor Home Watch business owners across the United States.
