Diane Pisani
Entrepreneur
The beginning of Diane’s training in sales and customer service was as a teenager when she had her first job at McDonald’s. After graduating high school, she worked at Indiana Bell Telephone Company/AT&T as a Customer Service Representative, and this experience added to the foundation for her commitment to excellence.

In 1986 Diane opened one of the nation’s first cruise-only travel agencies. Her company, Cruises and More, proudly served thousands of happy passengers in its seventeen-year span.  After selling the business, she moved to Florida.

Diane accepted a position at the Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort in Naples and was later encouraged to get into the business of Home Watch and Concierge Services.  She worked for a Home Watch company and later launched the Property Services, Home Watch, and Concierge Division of a local real estate office.  In 2006 with a business partner, she started Second To None Services Home Watch.
Educator
After just a couple of years, Second To None Services was near full client capacity, and growth decisions had to be made.  Diane felt strongly about the personal service that was offered and decided not to hire a large staff to perform property visits and other tasks.  Instead, she chose to train professionals and help them start their own Home Watch business.  The very first workshop was in the spring of 2008 and it focused on the “nuts and bolts’ of Home Watch. 

There was a lot of demand for training, so Your Home Watch Professionals®, was launched in 2009. It is fully dedicated to training dynamic individuals and helping them launch and grow exceptional Home Watch businesses.  The Home Watch Training Program offered at the Naples, Florida Training Center proudly has graduates throughout Florida as well an many other states that have cities with a seasonal population.

In 2020, The Home Watch Academy® debuted as the first eLearning and resource program developed exclusively for the profession of Home Watch.  Students can learn on their own time and at their own pace.  In addition to the foundation courses, there is access to a growing array of continuing education modules, and a variety of resources
Advocate
Diane is a co-founder of the International Home Watch Alliance™.  This not-for-profit professional organization supports the recognition and standardization of the Home Watch profession.  Businesses meeting the criteria become approved members. They, and their team members, can take the test to earn the designation of IHWA Certified Home Watch Reporter™.  Diane is an enthusiastic advocate for thee industry and interacts with Realtors, Insurance Professionals, Attorneys, as well as Seasonal Homeowners to help them learn the real value of Professional Home Watch.

A strong supporter of small business, Diane served as President of the Naples Chapter of the Entrepreneur Society of America in 2017 and 2018.
Christopher Miller DHSc
Instructional Design 
Dr. Miller is an eLearning and education specialist.  Over the past 20+ years, he has been working in the fields of health care, health IT, and corporate eLearning to develop exciting training courses for businesses of all sizes. 

His experiences in education include working as an adjunct professor, university and corporate eLearning developer, subject matter expert and course author for organizations around the globe..

Dr. Miller joined the Home Watch Academy as an eLearning expert to help develop, support, and deliver exciting online courses and content.  He also helped stand up the certification exam for the International Home Watch Alliance.

Dr. Miller founded Miller Global Education in 2011 after selling his home health care company of 11 years. He also has clinical experience working in hospitals and rehabilitation facilities and is a partner in private health practice where he manages and oversees training, development, and health IT.
Community Service
Involved in the local community, Dr. Miller serves on the Board of Directors for several charities and foundations since 2008.
Education and Training 
Dr. Miller has a graduate certificate in Medical Informatics/Health IT from the University of West Florida and a Doctorate of Health Sciences from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  He also holds an Associate of Arts in Occupational Therapy from Fox Valley Tech in Appleton, Wisconsin, a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Barry University in Miami Florida and a Masters of Science in Health Management from St. Thomas University of Miami Shores, and is certified in DevOps Foundation.
